Founded in 2012, Panxing Research Institute adheres to the concept of "positive development and pursuit of excellence", focusing on the research and development of new metal materials and related process development, and has a fully functional research and development-test center, which can quickly complete material design, melting, For various R&D tasks such as casting, milling, powder molding, testing, etc., more than 200 kinds of alloy materials and more than 40 kinds of metal powders have been developed.

The research institute shares R&D resources with customers, and establishes cooperative relationships with more than 50 universities and R&D institutions around the world to provide guarantees for continuous optimization of products.

The Powder Metallurgy Division focuses on the R&D and production of new alloy powders for additive manufacturing, and has compiled and participated in a number of national standards for metal powders for additive manufacturing. Using the improved crucibleless electrode induction melting gas atomization (VIGA) and vacuum induction inert gas atomization (EIGA) technology, the construction of 10 powder production lines will be completed in 2021, with an annual output of 1,000 tons of new alloy powder.

Strictly implement the EN9100 aviation quality system management and control requirements, and have been supervised and approved by the German TÜV system, and the products have reached European and American aviation-level product standards.

As a partner of GE in China, the business department is equipped with a Concept Laser M2 medium-sized 3D printing equipment, through the organization and performance analysis of 3D printed parts to adjust the whole process of material composition design, melting, milling, printing, etc., for powder development and The whole process of quality control provides a reliable guarantee.
